ARRIVAL & ENTRY on the spot: on the 28th of August from 15:00 PM to 21:00 PM

and on the 29th of August from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM and 9:30AM

Start for 54km 29th of August at 9:00 AM

Start for 27km 29th of August at 10:00 AM

CLOSING time (estimated): at 14:00 PM. Competitors who are on the way to the destination can finish running!

Formal distribution of prizes: at around 16:00PM

COSTS:

* Entry Fee for individual runners: in advance – 4800 HUF till 31/07/2010

Entry at the spot or paying after 01/08/2010 costs 5800 HUF

* Relay race Fee: in case of 3 members – 3500 HUF/person -> 11500 HUF/team – paying till 31/07/21010, after 01/08/2010 or paying at the spot 4500 HUF/person -> 13500 HUF/team

* “Enjoy running” 1 or 3 kms distance, Entry Fee: 300 HUF

* measurement of time: by chip – it has 1000 HUF deposit fee, what you can get back after running or you can offer it to PERPETUM Catastrophe Rescue Team (you can use your own chip as well)!

Dear Ladies / Dear Sirs,

Here we would like to commend some possibilities to your attention regarding our International programme.
The aim of the programme: buying instruments for catastrophe rescue team
Direction of the competition: Velence, Sukoró, Pákozd, Dinnyés, Agárd, Gárdony, Velence
Distance: 27 kms or 54 kms as a Super-Marathon
Age limit: (for running around the Lake) over age 17

The schedule of the programme: Arrival & Entry on the spot: on the 28th of August from 15:00 PM to 21:00 PM and on the 29th of August from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM in the Hotel Velence Resort & Spa’s car park www.velencespa.com. All-day programmes will be organised in the car parks!
Opening ceremony: on the 29th of August, Saturday at 7:50 AM, Start: on the 29th of August at 8:00 AM.
Estimated ending time: at 16:00 PM. Competitors who are on the way to the destination can finish running! Formal distribution of prizes: at 17:00PM in the car park. According to the offers there will be several prizes.
Cups: the first 3 placed men and women will be awarded in case of both distance 27kms and 54kms.
Expected attendance number: around 400-500 runners (there are so many media stars, and public figures who have already announced their participations) and around
1000-3000 spectators.
The number of First Aid and refreshing stations: 7. on the spot of the competition there will be more than 160 stretches which will be temporally closed. Some doctors and several first aid givers will attend and two ambulances will be placed.
Entry fee for runners: entry in advance – 2500 HUF ( 10 Eur ) till 15th of Aug. 2009, (after 15th of Aug or Entry on the spot costs 4500 HUF, 18Eur ), which includes: meal, refreshment and mineral water, T-shirt and a medal. The reduction of the fee can be applied for those in need. For those who will entry after the 10th of August we can not guarantee either the T-shirt or the medal- if it is required we can send them on payment of post costs.

Every runner has to take part in the competition and the following programmes on his own responsibility.

Information for supporters:

I. Bronze Patron: the amount of the financial assistance above net 80Eur. We offer in return for support as follows:1. Appearance on www.velenceitomaraton.hu as a Patron;2. After the programme, the Patrons’ names will be published in the Hírváró-The Good News Bringer Magazine and on the www.hirvaro.hu; 3. One meal for two persons; 4. placing a Molino at the destination; 5. Appearance with name on leaflets (min 5000pcs) and on posters (min 2000pcs).
II. Silver Patron: the amount of the financial assistance above net 200Eur. We offer in return for support as follows:the same as for the Bronze Patron, in case of point 3: one meal for 4 persons; as for point 5: appearance with name and logo on leaflets and on posters.

III. Gold Patron: the amount of the financial assistance above net 400Eur. We offer in return for support as follows:the same as for the Silver Patron plus 6. the possibility of placing Molino, transparent on the 7 first aid stations; 7. appearance on the promotion T-shirts; 8. once 1/8 page for advertising in Híváró Magazine; 9. invitation for the press conferences (see next page)


IV. Diamond Patron: the amount of the financial assistance above net 1200Eur. We offer in return for support as follows:the same as for the Gold Patron and in case of point 6. printing 25sqm Molino free of charge to place them on the 7 first aid stations, and you can keep them (it costs about 200Eur); 7. stressed appearance on the promotion T-shirts; 8. 1/4 page for advertising in Híváró Magazine 3 times; 9. invitation for the press conferences

V. Ruby Patron: the amount of the financial assistance above net 400Eur. We offer in return for support as follows:the same as for the Diamond Patron and in case of point 6. printing 50sqm Molino free of charge to place them on the 7 first aid stations, and you can keep them ( it costs about 1000Eur ); 7. stressed appearance on the promotion T-shirts; 8. 1/2 page for advertising in Híváró Magazine 3 times; 9. invitation for the press conferences

VI. Name-giver Patron: the amount of the financial assistance above net 16.000Eur We offer in return for support as follows: the name of the competition will start with the name of the Patron in the current year and they will get the same advantages as for the Ruby Patron plus 100 m2 Molino free of charge printing and placing.
